NEW YIN YOGA ONLINE CLASS
In this slow paced class you can expect meditation, breathing exercises and asanas (yoga postures) designed to reconnect with your body and eliminate energetic blockages. This class is accessible to all, everyone will be encouraged to work to the level of their ability. You will need a bolster or pillow, and blocks or books to support your postures.
