Cancelation Policy

Mas Dance enforces a 12 hour cancellation policy for all customers who have booked a place for a class via the online platforms. If the customer wishes to cancel their booking at any point, more than 12 hours before the scheduled class start time, the total amount of the purchase will be refunded. If the booking is cancelled LESS than 12 hours before the scheduled class start time then the customer is not eligible for a credit refund, cash refund, or a bank transfer to the customers personal account. Booked places cancelled within less than the 12 hour period will be charged the full rate for that class. If the instructor cancels the class which the customer has purchased and booked, then this is no fault of the customer and therefore the purchase shall be refunded in full to the customers personal bank account.
